Establishment of the companies GEROLYMATOS COSMETICS S.A. and GEROLYMATOS ANIMAL HEALTH S.A.
ALAPIS SA announces the establishment of two companies:
Α) the establishment of the company with the distinctive title GEROLYMATOS COSMETICS S.A., with the objective, among others, to represent domestic and international houses of pharmaceuticals of any kind (human and veterinarian) as well as parapharmaceutical products and any other similar type of product concerning health and beauty as well as the distribution, exporting and trade of the aforementioned products in Greece and abroad.
The Company's headquarters is in the Municipality of Palaio Faliro, Attica.
The Company's share capital amounts euro 60,000 and ALAPIS S.A. is the sole shareholder.
Β) the establishment of the company with the distinctive title GEROLYMATOS ANIMAL HEALTH S.A. with the objective, among others, to trade veterinary pharmaceutical products, veterinary food, veterinary food supplements, small pet products and similar products, as well as to undertake the representation of industrial and retail houses, both domestic and international, as regards the aforementioned products.
The Company's headquarters is in the Municipality of Palaio Faliro, Attica.
The Company's share capital amounts ? 60,000 and ALAPIS S.A. is the sole shareholder.
