AGREEMENT BETWEEN IASO SOUTHERN SUBURBS S.A. AND INTRAKAT S.A. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CLINIC IN REDIS.
PROJECT BUDGET: 70 MILLION EUROS.
IASO announces that a memorandum of co-operation has been signed between IASO SOUTHERN SUBURBS S.A. and INTRAKAT S.A. for the construction of a clinic in the municipality of Agios Ioannis Redis. The budget of this project is 70 million euros.
The clinic is expected to be constructed on a piece of land 12.680m2, belonging to INTRAKAT, and will have a total capacity of 160 nursing beds and about 40 beds for special units, including Intensive and Interstage Intensive Care Neonatal and Adults units, Haemodialysis Unit, Assisted reproduction Unit, etc.
It is noted that the building will be designed utilizing energy conservation systems which are environmentally friendly. The construction of the clinic is considered to be a fundamental project for the area, as it will cover the health service needs of an extensive area, while with its completion, it will create 600 new jobs for Nursing, Administrative and Ancillary Staff.

The start-up of the Subsidiary Company IASO Thessalias S.A within the next few months is within the immediate plans of the Group. This clinic will be an ultramodern obstetrics, paediatrics, as well as a general clinic in Thessaly with a total capacity of 213 beds. In total, IASO clinic has a capacity of 350 beds, IASO General 237 beds and IASO Children s Hospital 65 beds.
