The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING, under the provisions of article 10, Law 3340/2005 and of Rule 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investors that its subsidiary, ELBISCO INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL S.A. has a commercial agreement with the company TSATSAKIS S.A. Under this agreement, ELBISCO becomes the exclusive distributor of the aforementioned company's products. The company TSATSAKIS S.A. produces traditional products such as crisps and kritsinia. The turnover of this market for 2008 is estimated at euro 40 millions. This agreement could be regarded as an extension of the existing cooperation between the two companies since TSATSAKIS S.A. produces products based on traditional Cretan recipes for the ELBISCO INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL S.A. The purpose of this cooperation is the exploitation of ELBISCO's sales network and, through this objective, a further strengthening of the economic performance of our subsidiary.
