METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Josef Avagianos, member of the Board of Directors, bought, on April 6th, 2009, 4.500 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 30,856.5. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
