The Management of the Company ELLAKTOR SA, announces the initiation of the merger process, of its fully owned subsidiaries, AKTOR SA and PANTECHNIKI SA, via absorption of the latter by the former, pursuant to the provisions of articles 68 par. 2, 69-70 and 72-77 of c.l. 2190/1920, in conjunction with articles 1-5 of l. 2166/1993, as in force. The transformation balance sheet date of the Absorbed Company was set to be the March, 31, 2009.
