ALUMIL administration confirms releases published on June 22nd, 2009, in financial newspaper "NAFTEMPORIKI".
In particular, it is confirmed that ALUMIL's President Mr. Milonas travelled to Tehran in order to look into the prospects of a close cooperation with an Iranian Group, which is activated in the sectors of steel production, constructions and health services. It should be noted that the positive course of discussions was confirmed with a Memorandum of Understanding between the two companies. This cooperation is going to be validated shortly after the conclusion of a thorough investigation of the business and legal environment of the country, which will be possible with the valuable contribution of the Greek Embassy in Tehran and the Bank of Greece.
Within the framework of the above mentioned Memorandum of Understanding, the two parties defined the products that will be used and the projects that ALUMIL is going to be involved in. ALUMIL Administration initially looks forward to an order of approximately one million Euros, which will concern a project, for which ALUMIL is already conducting the relative technical study.
