"PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." informs the investment public, that in compliance with article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920, as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in execution of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors No. 736/03.04.2009, the Company shall proceed to the sale at most of twenty thousand (20,000) own shares, from April 6, 2009 until April 13, 2009, at a sale price not lower than one Euro and fifty cents (1,50 euro).
