REPLACEMENT OF RESIGNED MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OPAP SA according to article 2 par. 2 of the Capital Markets Commission decision 3/347/12.07.2005, announces to the investing public that, OPAP's BoD, on its 17th/29-06-09 session, unanimously accepted the resignation of the executive member of the Board Mr Nikolaos Pavlias and decided upon the election of the independent, executive member of the Board, Mrs Marina N. Massara, for the remaining term of office.
