The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 04/06/09 to the sale of 600 (six hundred) common shares at the price of 4.24 euros (four euros and twenty four cents) of total value 4,235 euros (four thousand two hundred and thirty five euros).
