According to article 2 of the Capital Market Commission's Decision 3/347/12-7-2005, ATEbank announces that its B.o.D, during its session on 27-3-2009, appointed Mr Euripides Abatzis as an extra member and representative of the Hellenic State, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3723/2008.
