The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 1/04/09 to the purchase of 25,000 (twenty five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.45 euros (two euros and forty five cents) of total value 61,700 euros (sixty one thousand and seven hundred euros) and on 2/04/09 to the purchase of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.41euros (two euros and forty one cents) of total value 12,050 euros (twelve thousand and fifty euros).
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, member of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 01/04/09 to the purchase of 400 (four hundred) common shares at the price of 2.46 euros (two euros and forty six cents) of total value 986 euros (nine hundred and eighty six euros).
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 01/04/09 to the purchase of 50,000 (fifty thousand) common shares at the price of 2.42 euros (two euros and forty two cents) of total value 121,000 euros (one hundred twenty one thousand euros) and on 02/04/09 to the purchase of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) common shares at the price of 2.45 euros (two euros and forty five cents) of total value 245,000 euros (two hundred forty five thousand euros).
