PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. informs the investment public, that in compliance with article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920, as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in execution of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors No. 736/03.04.2009, the Company completed the sale of twenty thousand (20,000) own shares, at a sale price of two Euro and thirty three cents (2,33 euro) in average.
