Based on the article 9, 10 and 14 of the L.3556/2007, on the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, on the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as on Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. announces, after a relevant notification issued on 15.07.2009, that on 13.07.2009, the shareholder DELHAIZE "The Lion" NEDERLAND B.V acquired through the tender offer 2.680.324 shares as well as through ATHEX 140.966 shares ( in total 2.821.290 shares) of the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. resulting to a change of voting rights equal or higher than 3% since its previous notification and crossed the 2/3 threshold. Hereafter, the holding of voting rights of the shareholder DELHAIZE "The Lion" NEDERLAND B.V from 8.582.148 (67,40%) reaches 11.403.438 (89,56%), on total voting rights.
