AEGEAN AIRLINES announces, in accordance with the directives of article 8 of the Law 3310/2005 with regards to the transparency of public contracts, as amended and supplemented by Law 3414/2005, and the directives of article 1 of the Presidential Decree 82/1996 with regards to the registration of shares of societes anonymes that participate in public tenders, its intentions to participate and submit offer in the tender under protocol number Δ1/Β/21564/1749/10.6.2009 Invitation for the submission of offers, published by the Hellenic Republic in accordance with articles 16, 17 και 18 of EC Regulation No 1008/2008 for the operation of scheduled air services in 24 routes in accordance with public service obligations.
The submission date is August 10, 2009, or in the case of postponement the new date that will be determined.
It is noted that no amount is determined as budget in the Invitation of the aforementioned tender.
It is further announced by the Company that societes anonymes shareholders that must have their shares registered to physical entities in accordance with the presidential decree 82/1996 must submit to the Company all data required for the determination of their shareholders in accordance with article 3, paragraph 1 of aforementioned presidential decree. Non compliance to the above deprives them their presentation and voting rights in the Company's general assembly and any kind of property rights derived by their shareholding, up to their full conformity to the above obligations.
