DOL SA announces that on 20.5.2009, was signed a notarial deed, to acquire 50% of the share capital of the company Marie Claire Hellas SA for a consideration of 300.000 euros through the purchase of 25.000 shares owned by Marie Claire Album SA. After the completion of the transfer that is conditional on the positive opinion of the Hellenic Competition Commission, DOL SA will be the sole shareholder of the company, holding 100% of the company s share capital. Marie Claire Ηellas SA, since its establishment in 1999, publishes the Greek editon of the international prestigious woman's magazine MARIE CLAIRE.
