D) Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday, June 23, 2009
E) Ex-Dividend Date 2008 ( in case the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders votes for dividend payout) : Monday, June 29, 2009 - Dividend beneficiaries 2008 - Record date: shareholders on Wednesday, July 1, 2009
F) Dividend Payout 2008: Tuesday, July 7, 2009
In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on the relevant record date. Further details will follow at a later date.
