On November the 9th 2009 will be held in front of the Administrative Court of Appeals of Athens, the hearing of the action filed by our subsidiary Company "Eurosite Health Services S.A." against the Greek State, on the grounds of unconstitutional, illegal, arbitrary, undue, "a posteriori" legislative alteration, concerning the urban constructive plan in Peania district, having as a result the inability of further exploitation of the relevant property, unless the necessary legislative settlement is given.
