Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. Apostolopoulos Evaggelos, Legal Advisor of the Company acquired 20651 Athens Medical common shares on the 21th of Mai 2009 of total value 37.015,29 Euros.
