Agricultural Bank of Greece is announcing that, on 19 August 2009, will redeem all the outstanding Notes it holds with maturity 19.08.2014, at their principal amount of euro 200,000,000 issued by ABG Finance International plc, subsidiary of ATEBank and guaranteed by Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A.
