Establishment of a subsidiary company in Tunis
Hellenic Fabrics S.A. announces the establishment of a subsidiary company in Tunis, aiming at commercial activities.
The new company, under the name "Blu Cotoni Srl", was established for expanding the cooperation between Hellenic Fabrics and Benetton Group and will have as main object the supply of fabrics for the needs of Benetton Group's factories in Tunis. At the same time the company?s exporting activity in the Tunisian denim fabrics market, where Hellenic Fabrics S.A. has already 15 years of presence, will be strengthened and further expanded.
The new company?s offices are at the industrial area of Ksar Hellal.
