The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the sale procedure of the vessel Pasiphae Palace has been concluded with its delivery to the French company Societe Nationale Maritime Corse Mediterrannee (SNCM). The total sale price is euro 75.00 million while the estimated profit is approximately euro 2.2 million and it will be included in the financial results of the first quarter of 2009.
Minoan Lines will replace the vessel Pasiphae Palace on the routes between Greece and Italy, where it has deployed, with H/S/F "ZEUS PALACE".
