Annual Analysts' Briefing.

In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, IASO S.A. announces that the annual briefing of analysts took place on 22.05.2009, at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors premises. The briefing was conducted by the Group's General Manager Mr. Omiros Smirliadis, the Group's Chief Financial Officer Mr. Vassilis Anastassakis and the Group's Financial Planning Supervisor Mr Ioannis Androutsos.
The healthcare sector prospects and developments in Greece were presented as well as the position of IASO Group in the sector. Based on its Group Business Development Plan, IASO is anticipated to invest an additional amount of euro 130 mil. during the next three years, aiming at covering a broad range of health care services in strategically selected locations in Greece.
Regarding the subsidiaries of the group, the presentation covered the excellent financial performance of IASO SA, the improvement of IASO General's financial results for the FY 2008, together with the evolution of the figures of the subsidiary company MedStem Services, whose main business is the processing and storage of cord blood and stem cells. The company's management pointed out that the IASO Children's Hospital commenced operations in September 2008 as a department of IASO S.A.
As far as IASO Thessalias is concerned, which is the first step towards accomplishing the Group's strategic plan for geographical expansion beyond Attica region, the group's management mentioned the progress of the clinic's construction which is expected to be operational within 2009. IASO Thessalias will operate a fully developed General and Obstetrics hospital, with Adults and Neonatal ICUs, Artificial Kidney and In Vitro Fertilization units and outpatient departments covering all specialties.
The presentation was concluded with the latest developments on the establishment of a General and Obstetrics hospital that will cover the healthcare needs of the Attica's Southern Suburbs, and the signing of a memorandum between IASO Group and INTRAKAT SA for the acquisition of land and the hospital's construction.
