Eurobank Properties REIC concluded the sale of a property located in, 62 Ymittou & Kononos Street, Pagrati. The said asset is a ground floor retail space with basement and mezzanine, with total surface of 548sqm. The price for the property was agreed at euro 1.750.000.
The market value, valuated on 31/03/09, was euro 1.371.887.
The realized profit from the sale of the above asset related to cost of acquisition is euro 1.631.640. From this amount the euro 1.253.527 have already been included in the financial results of the company as fair value gain during the holding period of the property and the amount of euro 378.113 will appear at the financial results of the second quarter of 2009.
