SINGULARLOGIC S.A.

Results for the first quarter of 2009: Revenues 23 million (+5%), EBITDA 4.9 million (+15%), Earnings before tax 3.8 million (+27.5%)

By maintaining considerable growth rates at all levels of profitability despite the unfavourable financial conditions, SingularLogic Group further reinforces its leading position in the Greek Software Applications and IT Services market. This conclusion arises from the first quarter financial results that SingularLogic Group announces today.
Specifically:
-5% increase in the Consolidated Turnover, amounting ultimately to 23.1 million euros versus 22 million euros during the first quarter of 2008
-Consolidated (EBITDA) increased by 15.4%, amounting to 4.9 million euros versus 4.2 million euros during the first quarter of 2008
-The Consolidated Earnings before tax (ΕΒΤ) reached 3.8 million euros versus 3 million euros during the first quarter of 2008
-Earnings after tax also improved by 1.5 million euros, amounting to 2.6 million euros
The results for the first quarter of 2009 verify once more the company's undoubted leading profile in the sector. The constant focus on developing innovative products and services, the quality content and the emphasis placed on how and when its services will be delivered, as well as the know-how of its expert staff on the implementation of large and multi-layered IT projects are acknowledged through the eminent international distinctions the company has achieved. We indicatively mention the company's certification as a Microsoft Large Account Reseller / Enterprise Software Advisor (LAR/ESA), its upgrade by LS Retail from Gold Partner to Platinum Partner, the only one in Greece today, its distinction from Silver to GOLD SAP Channel Partner in a very short time period, and its recognition as an AVAYA ECG Gold Business Partner for its services in large-scale companies of the private sector.
In the Public Sector, SingularLogic Group sustains significant order book and pipeline, while it has successfully completed the project "Municipal Internet Portals for Western & Southern Greece - Sub-project 4" worth a total value of 5.999.699 euros (VAT included). The initiative concerned 101 participating Municipalities in Western and Southern Greece with a population of less than 20.000 residents.
