EFG Eurobank Ergasias Α.Ε. announces the completion today of the increase in the Bank's share capital by ? 950,125,000, in accordance with article 1 of L.3723/2008, through the issue of redeemable non-voting preference shares, subscribed to and fully paid by the Greek State with bonds it has issued of equivalent value.
