LAMBRAKIS PRESS S.A. announces that, in view of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 21.5.2009, the proposed amendment of the Articles of Association and more specifically of the section 1 paragraph b of the article 16 "Powers of the Board of Directors", it concerns the cession of the power to the Board of Directors to resolve on the issuance of non convertible bond loans.
