SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that pursuant to the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 25th, 2009 of the shareholders of subsidiary ETAL SA, SIDENOR will participate to the increase of the subsidiary's share capital by the amount of euro 2,559,062 through the capitalization of an equal amount of liabilities (equal cash amount) due to SIDENOR by the subsidiary.
Upon completion of the aforementioned share capital increase, ETAL S.A.'s share capital will amount 3,417,953.41 euro divided into 1,166,537 registered shares of 2.93 euro par value each and SIDENOR's participation in the said subsidiary will reach 95.79%.
