Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors adopted at its meeting of 30.6.2009, Mr. Alexios A. Pilavios is appointed General Manager, as of 1 July 2009, and shall supervise Private Banking, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, and Brokerage operations.
