ELEFTHERI TILEORASI A.E. announces to the investing public and its shareholders, that judgement no 5498/2009 of the Administrative court of first instance of Athens has been issued, by which the court upheld the appeal of our company and annulled decision no571/2003 of the Athens commercial companies' tax office by which a fine of 6.927.659 Euros had been imposed on our company.
