The company "ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING" announces to investors that its subsidiary company under the name "ELBISCO INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A. ", pursued to the decisions of its Annual General Assembly of its shareholders, will proceed in a share capital increase by the amount of 2,500,000 euro by issuing 625,000 common shares, of nominal value 4.00 euro each. After the completion of this share capital increase its share capital will amount to 73,236,000 euro divided into 18,309,000 shares of nominal value 4.00 euro each. "ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING" intends to participate in the aforementioned share capital increase, proportionally to its participation rate which is equal to 99.53%.
