SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that after SIDENOR's BoD decision on 16/7/2009, the company will participate in the share capital increase of its 100% subsidiary 'SIDERAL Sh.p.k.', located in Tirana, Albania, by the amount of euro 1,856,000 (or LEK 229,773,000) through cash payment and the issuance of 229,773 new shares of LEK 1,000 par value each.
Upon completion of the aforementioned share capital increase, 'SIDERAL Sh.p.k.' share capital will amount to LEK 229,873,000, divided into 229,873 shares of LEK 1,000 par value each, totally owned by SIDENOR.
