The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that :
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti,, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 19/03/09 to the purchase of 50,000 (fifty thousand) common shares at the average price of 3.13 euros (three euros and thirteen cents) of total value 156,250 euros (one hundred fifty six thousand two hundred and fifty euros).
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 19/03/09 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 3.14 euros (three euros and fourteen cents) of total value 31,392.81 euros (thirty one thousand three hundred ninety two euros and eighty one cents).
