In accordance with article 4.1.3.1. par ΙΒ of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, Autohellas SA announces that the ordinary tax audit for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007 was completed. The tax audit assessed for the pre mentioned audited fiscal years additional taxes and penalties of euro 122,462. Autohellas SA has paid the full sum in a single payment. The company has already formed an adequate provision and hence the aforementioned additional taxes and penalties, will have no effect on the company s 2009 financial results.
