DIAS AQUACULTURE SA in terms of informing the investors and the authorities announces that it covered in full the share capital increase of "KLEIDARAS I. FAMILY S.A.". The increase was effected by issuing 22.600 new shares at a price of EUR 50 per share following the resignation from their rights of the other shareholders. DIAS AQUACULTURE SA paid a total amount of 1.130.000 euro in cash for the new shares, increasing its stockholding to 48%.
