Based on the article 3.1.2.4 of the ATHEX regulation, ALFA-BETA VASSILOPOULOS announces, that after the completion of the procedure of the Voluntary Tender Offer of DELHAIZE "THE LION" NEDERLAND B.V. ("DELNED"), the participation of shareholders owning shares that represent a percentage lesser than 2% of Company's share capital (free float), is 8.08%.
