Elmec Sport S.A. entered into a new exclusive distribution agreement for the brand UGG Australia, for Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus. The aforementioned brand belongs to the Deckers group, a listed company in the Nasdaq (DECK(NASDAQ GS).The UGG Australia brand is well known to the world and not only in the US.A., where it actually started in 1979, for its top quality, which is why the famous magazine Footwear Plus, designate UGG Australia as the "Brand of the year" for 2004 and 2008.
Elmec Sport shall start the distribution by the mid's of the current year.
The signed agreement lasts until 2012.
