According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces its financial calendar as follows:
1. The Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 26, 2009.
2. The FY 2008 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange and will be published on Tuesday, March 31, 2009.
3. The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2008 results will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, via a teleconference.
4. The Ex-dividend date for the year 2008 will be on June 30, 2009.
5. Dividend beneficiaries - Record date - July 2, 2009. (Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the dividend are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant "record date").
6. The dividend payment date for the year 2008 will start on Wednesday, July 8, 2009
