AEGEAN AIRLINES (the company) announces in accordance with L. 3556/2007, the resolution 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular number 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that shareholders 'TRANSMARINE' and Mr. Theodore Vassilakis have submitted on 23/07/2009 to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the company notifications of significant changes in voting rights according to which:
-Shareholder 'TRANSMARINE' - which is controlled by Mr. Theodoros Vassilakis - has notified the company of the change of it's participation in the company's share capital on 23/07/2009 from 6,86% corresponding to 4.898.980 voting rights and equal number of shares to 0%.
- Shareholder Mr. Theodoros Vassilakis has notified the company of the change of his direct participation in the company's share capital on 23/07/2009 from 21,75% corresponding to 15.532.455 voting rights and equal number of shares to 28,61% corresponding to 20.431.435 voting rights and equal number of shares. Mr. Theodoros Vassilakis total direct and indirect participation in the company's share capital remains at 35.54% (28,61% direct participation, ie 20.431.435 shares and 6,93% indirect participation, ie 4.947.920 shares through Autοhellas).
