Within the framework of article 19 of law 3556/2007 and with regard to the forthcoming extraordinary General Meeting on 30th April 2008 Minoan Lines announces, to its shareholders and any other interest party that in the subject EGM, will be proposed the amendment of certain articles of company's Articles of Association. The subject amendment should be read in conjunction with the invitation of the annual General Meeting which has been posted on Minoan Lines' web site (www.minoan.gr) and the A.S.E. web site (www.ase.gr).
