Change of head office address of our company "ELGEKA S.A." and its subsidiary "VIOTROS S.A." as of the 1st of May 2009
We would like to inform the investing public that the Board of Directors of "ELGEKA S.A. Trade-Distributions-Representations-Industry" has decided the change of its head office address and the company' s relocation as of the 1st of May 2009 at new (leased) premises of total surface 8.354 m2 (Offices 704 m2 - Warehouse 7.650 m2), which are located at Sindos, Echedoros Municipality, within the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki.
The main reason for the relocation at the new premises is the expanded need for larger warehouse for storing products in order to keep our high quality in customer service. Consequently, the new warehouse is 7.650 m2 of total surface while the present warehouse is 3.802 m2.
It should be noted that in the same address (next building), already operates the branch of our subsidiary "DIAKINISIS S.A. -Warehousing - Distribution - Promotional Packaging".
On the same day, i.e. the 1st of May 2009, the head office of "VIOTROS - FOOD INDUSTRY - MANUFACTURING - MILK PROCESSING - WAREHOUSING - INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A." will be relocated at the new (leased) premises (Offices of 588 m2 surface) at the above mentioned address.
The details of the new address of our company' s head office, as well as of our subsidiary' s company VIOTROS S.A. will be:
