Notification of transactions according to article 13 of L.3340/2005
AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, according to L. 3556/2007, the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 and article 13 of L.3340/2005, the following:
1. 'CANTEL Participations', a company which is controlled by the family of Mr. Vassilis Constantakopoulos, and is considered a legal entity connected with Mr. Achilleas Constantakopoulos, non-executive member of the company's BoD, sold on 23/07/2009 4.445.060 shares of Aegean Airlines for a total price of Euro 266.704.
2. Mr. Achilleas Constantakopoulos, non-executive member of the company's BoD purchased on 23/07/2009 4.445.060 shares of Aegean Airlines for a total price of Euro 266.704.
