We make known that the Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly of our Company, which was held today, on April 2,2009 approved the payment of dividend of 0,067 euro per share, following a relevant suggestion of the Board of Directors.
The above amount will be increased by 0,00034 euro per share corresponding to the dividend of the 552.179 company's own shares and will therefore amount to 0,06734 euro per share. Following the 10% tax witholding the net dividend amounts to 0,060606 euro per share
By virtue of a decision of the same Shareholders' General Assembly, beneficiaries of the dividend are the investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on April 8, 2009 (record date).
From Monday, April 6, 2009 our Company's shares will be negotiated without the right to dividend.
The dividend's distribution will commence on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 through PIRAEUS BANK.
