In accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1 (ib) of the ATHEX Regulation the Company 'ELLAKTOR', informs the investment public, that the regular tax audit for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007 was concluded on 22.07.2009. From the aforementioned tax audit, additional taxes and charges of Euro 181,824 emerged, while the amount due was paid one off.
The aforementioned amount is fully offset by provisions accounted for by the company for the un-audited tax periods, which had already burdened the results of fiscal years 2006 and 2007.
