2. Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors purchased on 23/07/2009 4.898.980 shares of Aegean Airlines for a total price of Euro 293.939.
1. 'Transmarine Ltd', a company which is controlled by Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, sold on 23/07/2009 4.898.980 shares of Aegean Airlines for a total price of Euro 293.939.
