Cancellation - Deferment of the EGM held on March, 30th, 2009.
TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. in its practice of providing correct and timely information to investors and shareholders hereby announces that the EGM held on March, 30th, 2009 was attended by shareholders representing 11, 66% of the Company's share capital.
The EGM was cancelled for failure to attain the quorum required by the Law and the company's Articles. Pursuant to the Announcement of 9.3.2008, the shareholders are invited to attend the 1st Iterative General Meeting which will take place on April, 10th, 2009, at 15:00, at the same premises, in order to discuss and deliberate on the items on the Agenda.
