The Board of Directors of PIRAEUS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A. informs the investing public that on 25.2.2009 the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders, decided, among other matters, to change the Greek name of the Company to TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A. The commercial title changes to TRASTOR REIC.
The Ministry of Finance, by decision number K.2-4360 / 27.4.2009, approved the change in the relevant article in the Articles of Association of the Company. The Board of Directors of Athens Exchange was informed of this decision at its meeting on May 7th 2009.
Following the above, the Board of Directors of the Company decided that, from 13.5.2009, the name of the Company change to TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A. and the commercial title changes to TRASTOR REIC.
