SingularLogic SA ("Company") regarding to the resolution of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Shareholders on 26.05.2009 and pursuant to article 16 of C.L.2190/1920, has decided that the Company may acquire directly or indirectly, until 26.05.2011, own treasury shares, up to 10% of total Company shares, which today amounts to 4.352.401 treasury shares, with a minimum purchase price of one Euro(euro 1) per share and a maximum purchase price of ten Euro (euro 10) per share.
