ATEbank will announce first quarter 2009 results, according to I.F.R.S., for the Bank and the Group, on Thursday 14th May 2009, after the end of the ATHEX session.
The financial statements will be published on Tuesday 26th May 2009. The management of ATEbank will host a conference call for the presentation and discussion of the results on Thursday 28th May 2009 at 15:30 Greek time.
Furthermore, ATEbank announces that its B.o.D., during its session on the 8th May 2009, decided to propose to the AGM, which will be held on the 15th May 2009, a non dividend distribution for the financial year 2008, not even in the form of shares.
