In reply to the Letter No 1776/7-5-2009 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), we comment as follows:
According the obligations, derived from the Decision 5/204/2000 article 2 of the BoD's of the HCMC, as in force, the Company, regarding the press articles (Kerdos, Naftemporiki, Capital.gr) dated 7-5-2009, informs that following its business and investing policy, is in the process of discussions in order to implement its business plans. When the results of the discussions are completed and the final decisions of the Directors of the Company are taken, then they will be released to the investors relevantly, according the legislation's provisions and in any case the Company is deliberated to answer in view of the final announcements.
