Cancellation - Deferment of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.5.2009
MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders, held on 26.5.2009, was duly attended by two hundred fourteen (214) shareholders representing 30.79% of the Company's share capital.
The discussion and deliberation on items 5 and 7-10 on the Agenda was not possible due to failure to attain the quorum required by the Law (article 29 para. 3 of codified law 2190/1920) and the Company's Articles.
The deliberation on items 1-4, 6 and 11-15 on the Agenda of the General Meeting was deferred, following a shareholder's request with a percentage higher than 1/20 of the Company's share capital, for Tuesday 9.6.2009, at 17:00 hours and at the same premises, when the 1st Reiterative Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place for discussion of remaining items 5 and 7-10 on the Agenda referred to above, pursuant to the relevant Notice of the Company's Board of Directors dated 4.5.2009.
